The lens adapters aren't perfect, but they do work (I've been shooting my a7r w/ Canon lenses for over 3 years). Full Time manual focus can be engaged by rotating the focusing ring, even when shooting continuous autofocus and a state-of-the-art electronic diaphragm is included for lenses in the nikon mount. I know that it lacks autofocus, but with the Nikon mount, I can set the aperture and the focus fully manual.
